- Booking fulfillment: To confirm your reservation, pass details to the tour operator or transfer partner, and ensure the service is delivered on the correct date and route.

- Tour operators and transfer partners: We share your name, contact details, and travel details (pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers) with the provider that delivers your tour or transfer. This is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and ensuring a smooth experience on the day of service.
- Payment processors: Payments are processed by certified payment providers (such as Omise). We share only the information required to authorize and settle the transaction (e.g., amount, currency, reference). Card details are entered on the processor’s secure page and are not stored by Travel Gates. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security standards and applicable regulations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. Any sharing is limited to what is necessary for transaction completion, refund processing, or as required by law.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include:
